Please label all parcels as “TEMPORARY IMPORT FOR MARKETING PHOTOGRAPHY”.
1. STUDIO QUEUE:
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 5 days, depending on the project size. After receiving your product, an order will be placed in queue and we’ll send you a notification with the estimated photography date. Please contact us for rush requests.
2. PRE-SHOOT PREPARATION:
You’ll be contacted the day before the shoot to review the project. This will allow both parties to ask any questions that require clarification before we begin.
3. THE SHOOT:
We’ll shoot the photos to your specifications based on the examples or descriptions provided.
4. PROOFS AND REVIEW:
We will upload the images to an online server for you to review. After selecting the images you like, we’ll start our editing process.
1. EDITING:
Our editing process includes colour correction, retouching and background masking. Any client specific editing requests are also completed in this stage.
2. FINAL PROOFING:
The proofs will be uploaded again for review. At this stage, you may request more retouching (additional charges may apply) or provide your final approval.
1. PAYMENT:
We accept all forms of payment (PayPal, credit, email transfer or cheque). For cheque payments, photos will not be released until payment is made in full. For direct payments, the invoice will be processed and images will be sent right away.
2. DELIVERY:
An instant download of the high-resolution images from our website is made available to you once the project is complete. A DVD is available upon request.
3. PRODUCT RETURN:
We will return the product back to you in the original packaging, using your vendor of choice.
